01Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the LolliForce website at www.lolliforce.com and to the marketing services, client portal, and administrative tools we provide (together, the "Services"). It covers information about website visitors, people who contact us or request a report or demo, and the authorized users of firms and businesses that engage LolliForce as clients.
By using the Services or providing us with information, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02Who We Are
LolliForce ("LolliForce," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing agency that operates an AI-assisted marketing department for law firms and other professional service businesses. We provide search optimization, content, reporting, and related services, and we act as the data controller for information collected through our website. For information we handle on behalf of a client — such as their analytics and search data — we act as that client's service provider or processor.
03Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact and lead details — your name, email address, firm or business name, phone number, and anything you include when you request a visibility report, book a demo, or otherwise contact us.
- Account information — for client users, the credentials and profile details used to access the client portal.
- Content you submit — materials, brand assets, and instructions you provide so we can deliver the Services.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, referring links, browser and device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
- Log data — server logs including IP address and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.
Information from connected services
When a client authorizes it, we access data from third-party accounts they connect — most importantly Google Analytics and Google Search Console — solely to provide reporting and optimization for that client. See Connected Google Accounts below.
04How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including generating reports and content;
- Respond to your inquiries and send you the report, demo, or materials you request;
- Manage client accounts and communicate about the engagement;
- Analyze and improve the performance and security of our website and Services;
- Send administrative and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out at any time); and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data accessed from connected Google accounts for advertising or any purpose other than providing the Services to the client who authorized it.
05Connected Google Accounts
Limited Use commitment. LolliForce's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Clients may connect their own Google Analytics and Google Search Console accounts to LolliForce using Google's secure OAuth authorization. When a client connects an account, we request read-only access and use it only to:
- Retrieve the client's website traffic, engagement, and search-performance metrics; and
- Present that data back to the client as reporting and optimization recommendations inside their portal.
We do not transfer this Google user data to others except as necessary to provide or improve the Services, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with the client's consent, for security or debugging, to comply with law, or in aggregated and anonymized form. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and a client can revoke access at any time from their Google account permissions or by asking us to disconnect the account.
06Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, keep client sessions secure, and understand how the site is used. Our website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of the Services work.
08Service Providers
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Services, including cloud hosting and infrastructure, database and file storage, email delivery, and analytics providers. These providers may process personal information on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
09Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain client relationships, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Data accessed from connected Google accounts is retained only as long as the connection is active or as needed to produce the reporting the client has requested.
10Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive tokens at rest, access controls, and tenant isolation between clients. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address incidents promptly.
11Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can:
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us;
- Ask us to access, update, or delete information we hold about you; and
- Disconnect any connected Google account at any time.
To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.
12California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
13Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
14International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
15Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, if the changes are material, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
